Many thanks to all of the families and organizations who have generously donated their time and funds in order to help defray the cost of continuing education for our students! Many of the local scholarships awarded tonight were a surprise to the recipients! $209,000 in LOCAL scholarships!

THANK YOU to The American Association of University Women (AAUW) is a national organization whose mission is to advance equity for women and girls through advocacy, education and research. Membership is open to anyone who holds an associate or equivalent, bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited college or university. The Park Branch of AAUW has more than 30 members and conducts monthly programs on educational topics and cosponsors the Candidate Forums. The biannual “New to You” art and antique sale supports the Park Branch Scholarship program. Annually the Park Branch offers a scholarship to a Park County resident who has completed her freshman year in college and is continuing a course in higher education.
