Youth Legislature

Youth Legislature is for students in grades 9-12. The program is designed as an educational experience to learn in a hands-on style about the state government and the political process. Students take a position as a legislator or an officer for a state conference, typically held in April, that will be in Helena with over 400 other students from around the state. Students prepare a bill prior to the conference.
