Professional Bio
After growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I moved to Montana to attend Carroll College and have lived here ever since. My background is in teaching English. After eight years in the classroom, I moved into the library at Park High. I enjoy helping students find the right book to read for fun and relevant information for their research needs. One period of the day, I co-teach Multimedia Journalism, which produces the student newspaper, yearbook, and maintains the news website, www.parkhighgeyser.org. Scholastic journalism has been one of my professional (and personal) passions since I was in high school myself.
My husband also teaches at the high school, and our family includes two daughters and a rambunctious chocolate lab.
