Personal Information
I am originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago and taught science at my own former high school. In June of 2006, my husband and I packed up our dog & two cats and moved west to Livingston. It's been a fantastic adventure since then! In my "free" time, I like to spend time with Coach Lentz and our animals - we have Floyd the dog, three cats, a big herd of alpacas, and a few chickens. I also love to spend time outside as much as possible, whether that be doing barn chores or hiking in the surrounding mountains and in Yellowstone. In addition, I enjoy reading, eating Coach Lentz's cooking, destroying noxious weeds, and pretending I know how to knit.
- MA in Secondary Education from Roosevelt University in Chicago - 1998
- BA in EPO Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder - 1995
- Various courses in English Language Learner (ELL) Education, Meteorology, & Biotechnology - 1998 through 2006
